Protocols
How we safeguard the digital presence and personal data of our partners within the Aetheric ecosystem.
Effective Date: 14 May 2024
Data Stewardship
At Aetheric Digital, we view privacy not as a regulatory burden, but as a foundational element of high-end digital craftsmanship. Our commitment to discretion reflects the bespoke nature of our studio. We do not engage in the mass harvesting of user behaviour; we facilitate intentional interactions.
This policy outlines our processing of personal data collected via aetheric-digital.co.uk and during our professional engagement cycles. We operate in full alignment with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Collection
We collect identifiers such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers only when voluntarily submitted via our consultation forms. Technical data—including IP addresses and browser types—is processed to ensure the operational integrity of our surrealist interfaces.
Purpose
Your data is utilised to provide bespoke project estimates, manage ongoing creative collaborations, and occasionally share editorial updates from our studio. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with third-party marketing entities.
Retention
Client records are retained for the duration of our professional relationship and for seven years thereafter to comply with UK financial and legal obligations. General enquiries are purged after 24 months of inactivity.
Third Parties
We engage a limited number of sub-processors to maintain our infrastructure. These include secure cloud hosting providers and professional communication tools. Each partner is vetted for GDPR compliance and operates under strict data processing agreements.
